Buyer Requirements Exemption List empty

I had a few buyers in my Buyer Requirements Exemption List and added another earlier. Just looked at the list again and the box is empty!

Has this happened to anyone else? Is this just a temporary glitch or do I need to contact ebay about it?

Thanks.

I'd assume it is a glitch like just about everything is nowadays.

It's still empty :( Seems I might have to contact ebay as I've got no way of knowing if buyers are still blocked and I just can't see or it's just deleted it completely. Don't want to add the last person again and risk overwriting it.

There's definitely something up with ebay as I've found 2 glitches already this morning.

The first is that everytime I try and list I get the error message 'It looks like there's a problem with this listing.
System temporarily unavailable, please try listing again.' it shows as not successfully listed, but then if you go and try again it warns you that the listing is a duplicate and that listing duplicates may risk your account being restricted.

The second is that search is not really working in your own accounts. I am taking a load of things to a charity shop and like to remove them from my unsold list. I can't see them in my unsold list, and they did only finish recently, so I go into advanced, look up all items from a seller and then use a generic search term like 'vase' and it shows nothing just ')' found, yet I am selling vases and have sold them in the past.

I sold something yesterday on Shpock from my unsold list, couldn't find it at all when I looked for it but suddenly today there it is a large as life!

  • Just realised, the list the link is taking me to is the exemption list not blocked list! Can never remember where the list is so have to google. Searched for blocked, got taken to ebay pages and it's linked to the exemption list the second time for some weird reason!

Exemption box was blank anyway. I have now just gone to blocked page (found it eventually) and the last person I added to the block list isn't there. The rest of the list is there as before when I added the name. So it hasn't glitched how I thought, but it has glitched.

    Odd!

Added them, went to the list again...not there.

So annoying, really want the person blocked. Old account, no feedback, seemingly doesn't know how ebay works and asking to collect an item despite no mention of possible collection on the listing.

Been reading about sellers being suspended/banned recently for ebay thinking they may be dealing outside of ebay and then I get that...typical lol.

Edit: Checked it again and it is there, but ebay has weirdly moved all the names around and added all names twice so I didn't notice it right away (expected it at the end, sure that's how it used to be!). It's in alphabetical order now and then starts again from A with the exact same names. So I dunno what is going with it, but at least they're listed (twice!).

Oh dear. Well at least the Shpock listing came back. You could write a book with all the ebay glitches you've experienced. Ebay would no doubt deny them all though lol.

Arghh, I've found another glitch. Now the fees before you confirm a listing are not showing- that area is just blank so I'm not risking listing anything until I can confirm the fees - hopefully later when this glitch disappears.

Hopefully! Sometimes it's a wonder how ebay has any listings at all considering all the glitches...
