8. Please note that there is no guarantee that the contents of the on-line form will remain private during internet transmission. Seabrook will not be responsible for entries that are not received.
9. Entrants can submit their entries with effect from 12:00 pm on the 25th September’17 (UK time). The closing date for entries is 6th October’17 at 17:00 hrs. The draw will take place on the 8th October’17.
10.The winner will be randomly selected from the correct entries received by the closing date. The winner will be drawn at random by Seabrook, whose decision is final.
11. The winner of the draw will receive three boxes of lattice crisps which will be the flavour of the winners choosing. The crisps will be delivered in one single delivery to the winners chosen address in the UK. No cash or other alternative can be requested by the winner and proof of identity satisfactory to Seabrook may be required to collect the prize.
12. The winner will be notified by email within 7 working days of the closing date.
13. By accepting the prize, winners agree that Seabrook may publish their names and towns/counties in any media in connection with the prize draw. The names of winners will be available on written request to Seabrook.
