Christmas drinks

Wonder if anyone on here can help me. Sometime ago while trawling through these pages I read a thread on making cheap Christmas drinks at home..I particularly remember one that was similar to Bailey's. However I cannot locate that thread. Can anyone please give me directions? Thanks in advance!

The one I've always used is:

Irish Cream

3 fresh eggs (free range)
1/2 pint single cream
5 fl oz whiskey
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
2 - 3 dessertspoons demerara sugar
5 oz evaporated milk
2 tsp coffee essence (camp is good)

Whisk well and bottle. Keep refrigerated and serve chilled. Supposed to keep for 4 weeks (but never lasted that long in my house) and makes about 1 + 1/2 pints.

A drop of drambuie (if you have it) gives a tru "Baileys flavour.
