Equifax Support Site problem

I have a couple of ongoing questions regarding my credit file with Equifax, I have been sent a response which asks me to log in to the support site to view the questions.
I have managed to view the response once, but now I cannot access the site. This is happening on work computer, mobile and home laptop.
I have not been able to find any relevant information on google to explain why this site might be down. Anyone experiencing the same problem, or might have an answer?
The following error displays when trying to access the site:
Fatal Error
Access Denied
Reason: Client address is not authorised. (62.XXX.XXX.234)
I can still login to Equifax and view my report, but when i try to ask a question, specifically to try and ask what is going on, I get the previous message. Odd.

Yup, exactly the same happening to me.0

Exactly what is happening to me too.
I used my ClearScore account to check my rating, noticed a pretty huge mistake on my account and used their form to alert them. I get the email from equifax telling me they are looking in to it, the only way they will communicate with me is via their website (for some obscure reason) and I must log in using the link they provide within 7 days. The link is totally dead, I get the same error message you do about Fatal Error (whatever that is) and the only way to contact equifax is by phone....how inconvenient!
At least I'm not the only one.0 -

Did you contact them via phone? Have they said what the problem is?
Will probably get round to phoning them myself today.0 -
I just rang them and was told I had to post off my verification documents because their support site is "down" and they couldn't say how long for.0

Really? Having to post stuff to get access seems like a pain to me. Why no mention of it on their website etc? Don't want any more bad publicity after the leak of customer details perhaps?0 -

Yep, 7 working days I was told to expect to wait before they acknowledge receipt, and that's before they actually do the verification!
Ridiculous0 -
I called them and they said they can't help at all due to the website being down for maintenance and I'm to call back after 24 hours.0

It's probably continuing fallout after they got hacked. Maybe they're finally putting the patches in place to their servers that would've stopped the thing to begin with.
Give it a day or two then come back to them.
Also, if you're paying for their services, ditch it and use ClearScore. It covers Equifax and is free.

Also, If you need any free and impartial debt advice, the National Debtline, Stepchange, and the CAB can help.0 -

I use Clearscore, but also Equifax, most things are the same, but Equifax has much more detail on some of my past credit. Should that not be the case?0
