OK - the tracking number has automatically been added to the ebay item when I originally posted it. On the Paypal transaction page it is showing there and I have responded in the resolution case and put it in there - I didnt see any box for it to go in so assume I must now escalate it to a Paypal case?0 -
It sounds like you've put it in all 3 places. Yes escalate it to Paypal. It will take them 48-72 hours or so to review it. You can ring them and sometimes they close it in your favour there and then.
Does the tracking show as delivered online?
You need to chase Shutl up again (who are only the agent) and they need to chase the carrier.0 -

Yes shows as delivered to porch online. I have escalated it in Paypal it asks to complete the form - it was just an empty box so I have added the tracking number and said it shows as delivered and that I have contacted the couriers several times. They say it can take 30 days to review it.0 -

Not sure how I would upload that on here, but not to worry I have spoken to Paypal and they have closed the claim in my favour. So many thanks for everyone who has help taking me thorough this.0 -
Excellent, as I said, usually if you ring them they do it there and then.
Just make sure you block the buyer. As was said earlier, unfortunately for you the case was opened on Paypal, had it been eBay you would have been protected from adverse feedback.
Just going back to your OP. Did the buyer email you regarding leaving adverse feedback or was it via eBay messages?0 -

It was via ebay messages.
