Windows 10 on Tablet change OS touch keyboard

I had another thread running about purchasing a dual boot windows/android tablet.
So far i have been happy with it, the OS keyboard is basic so i installed the extended UK keyboard but the OS keyboard is still the standard one.
EDIT: Answered my own question but just in case someone needs a similar fix.
The answer is you need to enable it first. Why do you need to enable additional keyboards and not just select it with the language settings is a mystery.
