Electoral roll. A tracing agent can be used too. You have to have an address.
  • Thankyou, no luck so far. If I wrote a Letter Before Claim and took it to the police station, would they be able to post it to the address?

In a word no. You have to do it yourself. You need an address to serve papers on and the police won't give you that. For £100 it may not be worth the cost of issuing papers. She has probably done this before and is adept at evading people.

Even if you find her how confident are you that anything can be recovered? Like I said you may well be throwing good money after bad.
  • I know I have all the evidence required to get my money back, I was advised of this by ActionFraud themselves.
However, I don't think i'll be able to get the address which is a huge shame. It just seems so out of order that she can just get away with this!

Ask a friend to make a routine appointment that doesn't need a deposit. Then lie in wait.

Just bear in mind you may be throwing good money after bad trying to reclaim any money from her. Finding her address may not be easy and even if you do enforcing a ccj isn't always as easy as you think.
Winning in small claims court does not involve ccj's

I'm curious what you think winning at small claims (aka county court) involves if not a county court judgement.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
