I would have thought the surveyor should have been within the 2 weeks cooling off period to give you the chance to cancel before the extra costs were added.
Although KeithP says that it shouldn't have been changed anyway so you should have the law on your side0 -
Ops removed their post for legal reasons, as they've not identified themselves, unless they've threatened Everest they are going to post about them, I can't see any logical reason they've done this?0
