Ticket for "leaving site"

Hi,
The keeper got a windshield ticket for £60 from UKPC for leaving the site, but want to know if an appeal is possible as they did not realise that they were leaving the site, and the attendant who saw did not warn them. On their website they only have pics of the car and the sign, but not of the keeper leaving the site. The keeper also returned to the site immediately after realising they left. I am not sure if the £60 should be paid before it increases to £100 after 14 days.

edit the above to remove any hint of who was driving, just mention what the driver may have done
the PPC cannot prove a driver left site, but you wont be appealing it on that basis , as a keeper
follow the BPA advice in the NEWBIES sticky thread , appealing after 25 days , as KEEPER
NO mentioning who was driving , stick to the tried and tested script on here
so blue text template after day 25 , to get there by day 28
day 1 is the day AFTER the windscreen ticket was issued
so please read the NEWBIES sticky thread , near the top of this forum, after editing your original post0 -
Understand the difficult issues for a PPC in pursuing a 'leaving the site' case. Every reason to dig in and win this.

What is it with 'windshield' (and also 'curb' and 'defense') so often on this forum? Are we all American?
Anyway, the NEWBIES thread tells you how to appeal and when, without implying who was driving, and without adding anything silly about 'I didn't leave the site'! And no, you don't pay.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

... the attendant who saw did not warn them.
In that case they are holed below the waterline. The law requires claimants to mitigate their losses and the attended has not done so.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

UKPC will really struggle to support their claim unless
they wish to admit to predatory tactics
PROOF OF CLAIM IS REQUIRED not just pictures of a car
UKPC are well known for fakery and when they fake things
they do not win ......
Sit tight and wait for your POPLA code when you can call upon
UKPC for positive proof0
