    "TNC are authorised by the DVLA and BPA (British Parking Association). We provide a Dynamic Parking Collection strategy inclusive of specialist Telephone Collection Agents backed up by Letter, Email & Text campaigns which ensures that every line of communication is utilised from the first day of the account being referred.

    TNC have a trigger based parking recovery strategy which ensures accounts are moved through a DVLA check and into the recovery process in the shortest time possible.

    Clients are provided with the choice of payments being handled directly by themselves, or TNC or indeed by both. Payments of recovered monies are paid back to the client whenever they prefer i.e. Weekly/Monthly

    All letters used in the recovery process including, if required, the Notice to Keeper are authorised by the BPA.

    actually , they have had quite a few warnings of late , I have suspicions as to the PPC involved and suspect the timing for paperwork may be "wrong"

  • Your going the right way about getting a CCJ against you, You cant enforce a fee on someone sending you letters, and ignoring them is doing you no good either

    Apart from ignoring TNC, what would you suggest as a better course of action?
