Car Warranty Help!
I bought a used car last month from a local second hand car dealer. The car came with a 3 month warranty from the dealer himself. My car broke down the other day and head gasket is gone. The car dealer has arranged to have it fixed at a cost of £320 but wants me to pay £100 towards it. If it's under warranty I shouldn't have to pay anything, right?

What car, age and mileage please. How many days ago did you buy it.0

Ford fusion, 2008 low mileage. I bought it end of August so it's still covered by his 3 month warranty0

Still within 30 days so check out the CRA, if they aren't going to fix the car you may be able to reject it. Could be worth reminding the dealer about that.0
