Win a 3 night stay over the weekend of 17 November, when the Ambleside Christmas lights get switched on, and the town comes alive with Christmas cheer.

Competition T&Cs

1. The promoter of the competition is Lake District Lodge Holidays Ltd of Yewgarth, New Road, Windermere, LA23 2LA (hereafter known as LDLH).
2. This competition is open to residents of the UK & Ireland only and will run from 3pm on Sunday September 24th 2017 until midnight on October 2nd 2017.
3. The prize is short break of up to 3 nights at Somerford Lodge, White Cross Bay, Windermere to be taken over the weekend of November 17/18/19th 2017.
4. To enter simply tell us what you family loves doing at Christmas in 30 words or under.
5. Entry is a 2 stage process by confirming a subscription to our competition database.
6. Maximum of one entry per person/per email address. Any duplications will invalidate all entries by that person/email address.
7. The one winner will be selected at random and notified by email and announced on this page and our Facebook post at 2pm on Tuesday October 3rd 2017.
8. There will be no correspondence about the selection of the winner.
9. The winner will accept our standard booking terms and conditions. LDLH also reserves the right to request proof of age and identity of the winner.
10. Once contacted the winner must provide their full contact details and confirm they are available to accept the prize. If not another entry will be selected at random.
11. The winner will agree to LDLH publishing their name as the winner on it's website and Social Media channels.
12. LDLH can vary the terms of the competition if consider appropriate. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the stay must be taken over the weekend of November 17/18/19th 2017.
13. All entrants will receive an email within 7 days of the competition closing with a special discount voucher which can be used towards a future stay.
