Travelling South Wales to London

We are visiting the O2 London next Saturday. Normally travel by train but haven't booked as there seems to be delays and disruptions and also the prices are very high now.
We don't fancy travelling by coach so we are thinking of driving to the outskirts of London and getting a tube in.
Can anyone recommend a tube station that would be easy to get to and that we can park at for 24 hours.

Be aware that one of the Brynglas Tunnels will be closed over the weekend and that part of the M 4 will be a nightmare.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0

We are staying overnight near the O2 so don't need accommodation so don't think we could use the Travelodge car park but thanks anyway.0
