no , you dont "send" anything to Parking Eye
if PALS dont get it cancelled due to the advice above, within say 21 days , use the blue text template to appeal as KEEPER on their online website
so any appeal is SUBMITTED online , not "sent"
Send / Submit, same difference. It's just an online webform.
In regards to the charge, PALS have responded and sent it to the Directorate and they've responded to say they've requested the charge be cancelled on this occasion due to mitigating circumstances. :j

Great - all I would do now is email ParkingEye and ask for them to confirm the charge is cancelled and does not require the appeals process:
