Boundary Issues

Two years ago we moved into a new build on a small estate of six terrace houses. Ours is the end terrace. Before we moved in we noticed that the back garden fence wasn't lined up with the dividing wall. Outside the fence is around 4 inches from the back door but inside there is about two and a half feet. The contract is unclear. In one place it mentions that the fence is the boundary but in another it has a plan indicating that the boundary and the inside wall are are aligned.
We are not particularly bothered about the missing bit of garden. However, our neighbours have attached an aerial to the bit of our house which overhangs their garden? Does this still counts our wall? Do we have the right to remove it and how would we go about this legally?
Thanks.

If its a new build I would go back to the developer and ask them to come out and confirm where the boundary line is, as its ambiguous.0

The developer refused to even discuss it prior to the sale. Even if we assume the fence is in correct place there is two foot of wall which on the inside is our bedroom and on the outside has next door's aerial on. Is this still our wall despite it being adjacent to next door's garden?0

It seems fairly clear to me that it must be your wall if it’s external to your room. Sounds like the fence is in the wrong place to me.0
