From the terms and conditions;

There are 1,000 winning moments allocated between 20/08/17 and 31/01/18, each prize will be allocated to the closest entry after the winning moment. There are 1,000 Family Activity Voucher prizes in total. Winners of Family Activity Vouchers will be notified on screen and their address details will be requested. Winners will be asked to mail in their winning code from their promotional pack (except for Jacob’s 900g tubs where a photo of the promotional code from pack will be required - due to the packaging being hard plastic), along with their detail as entered with their online claim in order to validate their win. Family Activity Voucher vouchers will be posted within 28 days from receipt of a valid claim.

Please retain your original itemised till receipt and part of pack featuring the promotion code for each entry to the promotion as proof of purchase; you may be required to send them ALL to us if you are a winner.
