I usually find if someone is threatening litigation, saying " tell your solicitor to contact my solicitor usually shuts them up . "

Thank you all for your comments, they have helped to set my mind at rest.
i have kept my contact brief with this owner as didn't want to get into any war of words. she states that I have blocked her from public forums facebook/whatsapp, which are closed completely as not used, but as stated she has always had my email address and home address and has never told me of any problem until 2 years later. Ive explained that the kitten had no signs/symptoms when with me and also saw a vet twice.
I think she is venting and trying to find someone to blame so hopefully her vent will be the last it it.
