Nottingham Building Society PPI

Hi all, new here so bear with me!

I've just tried submitting a claim for mis-sold PPI from Nottingham Building Society via Resolver and there doesn't appear to be an option for me to do so.

The lender comes up but it only then gives me the option to claim for mis-sold mortgages and Critical Illness cover, neither of which apply to me.

Is there a way of doing a PPI claim for NBS through Resolver..... Or do I need to go elsewhere?
All my other claims have been successfully logged via Resolver.

Hope you can help.

  • Perhaps NBS didn't sell ppi?
Did you obtain the mortgage through a broker?

Not all mortgage lenders had a PPI product.

A lot of NBS mortgages were arranged via mortgage brokers and advisers. So, NBS would have no info on those.

You dont say what type of PPI you are complaining about. Did you actually have PPI or are you fishing (or are you mixing up a different type of insurance - like life assurance)? Did NBS sell it to you or did someone else?
