Hi guys...so I received the papers from the Court. Will provide link with the them. The Court belives that a mediation is suitable for this case. What is my next step?..also the Court order that all de evidence must be sent from party to the other but as the order was made without a hearing the parties can apply to have the order set aside, varied or stayed. What this mean?

Like the letter says - Witness Statement and evidence stage. You just need to go back and read the NEWBIES thread post #2 again at each stage. It is all explained there & we are repeating ourselves.
Show us your planned WS referring to numbered evidence, in good time before the deadline there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
That’s the standard hearing letter. What you didn’t pick up on was the 14 day deadline.
By this time before the hearing you MUST have served your ws, evidence etc. As it explicitly tells you this goes to all parties - Court plus claimant in your case.0
