Use the Virgin Money eligibility checker on their own site.
If this returns a guaranteed acceptance result then you can proceed in confidence with the application immediately using the details you have already put into the eligibility checker.
Never knew they had their own checker. I tried that and all was good. Done full application and got £4400 limit which isn't too bad.
So in answer to my original post, yes they do allow 2 cards0 -

I took out a Virgin Money 0% bal xfer card about 2 months ago.
I've gone on MSE Credit club and offers me 100% on MBNA and Barclaycard but 0% on Virgin cards saying not eligible!!
Got £4100 from Virgin and just got £6100 from MBNA to xfer the last of home improvements onto 0% cards..... time to start paying chunks off them,0
