Azimo and TransferWise have many recommendations, Revolut will be the cheapest at zero fees and interbank rate (weekdays).

  • What kind of Lloyds account do you hold?
The basic account has free international transfers.

They may not charge a fee, but the exchange rate used by Lloyds or the receiving bank will cost ~3%.

  • On 300 euro it will be negligible.

    0. Set up free Revolut account and activate GBP and Euro accounts.
    1. UK bank transfer to my Revolut IBAN, free.
    2. Exchange your GBP into Euros within Revolut during at weekday interbank rates with no fees.
    3. Withdraw to Irish bank account IBAN, free.

That is what I do when I transfer money to KBC Ireland for free.
