£1000’s cash back 22 September 2017 at 8:59AM in Reclaim bank & credit card charges

So last week I started filling in the template of martinsmoneytips site and made a few adjustment and sent the letter off to lloyds bank in the hope of claiming charges back. It was a shot in the dark and didn’t expect to receive anything however within a few days of me sending the letter the complaint department phoned me and asked me a few questions and said she would get back in touch as soon as she has a resolution. So 2 days passed and she phoned back she ran through a few things and said that I would receive £3700 that was for my fees and interest and that it will be in my account within 48 hours.
If it wasn’t for my wife asking me to look into it I probably wouldn’t of had a clue about it.
