22.15 THAI AIRWAYS WIN FLIGHTS PROMOTION
The Competition (Promotion) begins at 9 am. UK Time on Monday 18th September 2017 and ends at 23:59 P.M. UK Time on Monday, 16th October 2017 (“Promotion Period”). The promotion consists of a competition, as further described below.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
The ‘Promoter’ of a competition is the person legally responsible for operating it. Unless otherwise stated, the promoter is EatFirst UK Limited, 203 Barnardo Street, London E1 0LL. Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, trading as Thai Airways is the prize supplier.
How to enter the promotion:
The promotion is open to UK residents who are at least 18 years of age, by the date the promotion starts. Persons involved in arranging the competition, employees of the Promoter and their relatives are not eligible to enter the competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering, participants will automatically be added to the Thai Airways, KraPow LDN and EatFirst email communication database.
Prize:
The prize consists of:

• “FLIGHT PRIZE” 2 x 2 pairs of economy flights from London Heathrow direct to Bangkok, Thailand + 2 x £100 EatFirst Gift Cards
• “EXPERIENCE PRIZE” 5 x pairs tickets to a KraPow LDN Cookery School at Bourne & Hollingsworth in Farringdon, London on the evening of 24th October 2017

Conditions of prize:

• The EXPERIENCE PRIZE does not include travel to or from the venue.
• The FLIGHT PRIZE is NON-Transferable and does not include transfers to or from the airport in either London or Bangkok
• The FLIGHT PRIZE must be redeemed between 1 November 2017 and 31 October 2018, but cannot be redeemed:
  • For the period 09 December 2017 and 31 December 2018 (inclusive)
  • For the period 19 March 2018 and 8 April 2018 (inclusive)
  • For the period 1 July – 31 August 2018 (inclusive).

The FLIGHT PRIZE is non-transferable and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Only one FLIGHT PRIZE or EXPERIENCE PRIZE per person can be won. Thai Airways and EatFirst reserve the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Entry to the competition confirms acceptance of these rules as final and are legally binding.
The FLIGHT PRIZE does not include travel insurance, travel between the winner’s home and the airport, food and drink vouchers, personal expenditure or incidental costs. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest each has a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
No cash alternative is available and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if for reasons beyond its control the prize is not available. The Promoter’s decision on the alternative prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Selecting the winner:
One winner will be drawn at random from all entries made between 18th September 2017 and 16th October 2017.
The winners will be contacted directly via email by Thai Airways and EatFirst. Winner will also be announced via the Thai Airways UK official Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.
Winner draw, announcements and communication will take place by Tuesday 17th October 2017.
If there is no reply from the winner within 7 days of contact, The Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative entrant.
The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending an email to [EMAIL="win@eatfirst.co.uk"]win@eatfirst.co.uk[/EMAIL] seven days after the closing date of the prize draw.
These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
