Returning Brand New Motorbike

Options
I have very recently purchased a brand new motorbike on finance and within the first 20 miles a part has fallen off and it has cut out several times. I phoned the shop who said they wouldn't issue a refund for such a 'minor issue' but have agreed to fix it. The bike itself is a chinese brand ( I know) but I thought they were subject to PDI checks but it would seem they are not. What I would like to know is can I return and get a refund of my deposit because if parts have fallen off in the first 6 hours of ownership what chance have I got in the long term. Any advice greatly appreciated.

What exactly has "fallen off". I'd be more concerned about it cutting out tbh. You do have 30 days to reject the bike but bear in mind that the onus on you to prove that a fault exists and did so at the time of purchase.
