Hi
I recently hired some skips. I was told the last occasion that they needed payment upfront. When the skip was collected, my wife was asked for payment (she didn't know I'd paid). I've now had my credit card bill, and I'm obviously out of pocket. I've contacted the firm to ask for a refund, but they're dragging their heels. Can I dispute the payment with my credit card co?
