Corded curtain rail for bay window.

As above, just bust the rail we put up almost 20 years ago,
A Swish product, worked well, needed a few spares but now none available.
I need a single end draw corded rail, IE from one end the curtains can be drawn and closed, that can be bent into the bay but can also be reverse bent out of the bay to form the reveal. The old set did this, can't find a new equivalent.
Anyone done similar recently?
Cheers

Try these people. You need to scroll to bottom of web page and it doesn't show any bay window tracks but does claim to be able to supply ready made or bend your own. At least you can make an enquiry with them.
Hi, and thanks but the ones they sell and also Dunelm, are only single corded up to 2.75mtr which is the issue I have.
Getting bespoke ones pre-bent puts a big risk and cost factor into place as if I !!!! it up........:(
All I'm looking for is what I bought 20 years back, just the plastics gone brittle and the range has changed.
Looks like it's going to be costly.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

You can join the tracks with the special little (hard to use and keep together whilst you are fitting them) connectors. I did this for my very wide patio doors (admittedly not bay) and used a single cord from each end.0

Yes, the other front bay is done like that, but given I had 1 that was actually in 2 pieces, but worked from a single side pull, I didn't want to lose what i already had.
Anyway digging deeper, I could get a joined 3mtr pair of tracks for £40 or to get a single Gliss one it was going to cost £350 ish plus custom bending. This being MSE I have gone for the former and being an ingenious sod I'm pretty confident I can adapt it to work from 1 end may just cost a few spares.
Annoying this is it's available at 2.75 mtr in 1 piece and single pull, it seems to be that they have chosen that as the cut off point as the loading would be too great any wider than that. Given the last worked for 20 years I'll give it a go.
Just an incidental for anyone else, for some time now it's been against the law to supply any track with draw cords of longer than 1mtr effective length, these have to work via a fixed pulley fastened to the wall, child safety and all that. This is the reason most diyers have issues getting a smooth draw as they don't work if fitted to slackly. You could still fit longer cords if you are say disabled etc, but no one will supply them like that.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Last ones I fitted came with a spring-loaded tensioner so that the pull cords were not hanging loosely but were fixed between the end of the track and the top of the tensioner that is fitted to the skirting board, therefore there was no loose cord into which children (or anyone else for that matter) could become entangled.0

Not allowed today, they asume window tops are 1.8 mtrs, so cords cannot dangle below 0.9mtr from the floor, "times they are a changin'" I'm afraid.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
