Weird, according to the link that comes with YouTube it says my browser is not the latest version. Yet I am on IE11 as you are. According to MS I have the latest version. Anyway the video (when I watched it in Firefox) wasn't that funny.
I guess it depends when you listen in - its 24/7 live stream so I guess it has its moments
