changing currency back to sterling

we all know MSE is excellent for finding the best deals on changing and price-matching foreign currency, but what about changing the stuff you dont spend back to sterling?

travelex's online deal has great exchange rates, but doesnt guarentee the same rate to convert back.

i have 1500 checz korunas, which i need to convert back to sterling?

any ideas?

Sell them to a friend.

M&S are likely to be the best easily accessible place in the absence of a friend.

Post Office buy back rates are poor.

The change-back rates for currency are a real rip-off, regardless of where you go.

We always try to make sure we have the smallest amount of currency possible left over at the end of a holiday, unless it's a place that we're likely to revisit or it's a currency that is accepted in most places e.g. US$.

I reckon the amount you have is less than £40 at the current exchange rate so you'll be lucky to come away with £30.

If you're not going to return any time soon, I'd do as richardw suggests if possible.
