Caravan Park - LPG Bill from Previous Owners

Would anyone know of my consumer rights regarding this question?
My holiday home is on a caravan park that has just changed ownership last month, I purchase LPG off the site. Just received a bill for supply from the previous owners, despite the site being in new ownership. Should I have been invoiced for LPG supplied up to that date before it changed hands? What are my rights over supply when I don't have much choice over the supplier in this circumstance!

Did the old owners pay for the gas up front and then sell it on to you. In that case you are due to pay them for what you purchased from them.0
