I'm curious, how long would you wait...

before entering to win a comp when you have just won with them? Do you jump in and keep entering, even though you just won with them? Do you decide: I've been lucky, I'll stop there and give others a chance? Do you wait a 'reasonable amount of time' and then try again, or what?

Thanks. And I'm seriously jealous BTW.

I let the competition T&Cs decide and also the prize - I wouldn't enter if it was the same prize and I didn't want more than one of them - otherwise straight back in.

They are really nice the raspberry one covered in dark chocolate is extra lovely.
I didn't realise they were so expensive though.

Anyways so nice I entered again this week, maybe I am just a brazen mare :rotfl:

I was thinking about that when I won the Belvoir daily last week as I'm pretty sure lightning won't strike twice on that one! I have continued to enter as it should be completely random so I've just the same chance as anyone else but I'll be staggered if I win again.

Slightly different I know, but I won £10 three weeks running on our local hospice lottery. The cheques arrived in a LWE! Now I look for them every day.

  • I usually give it 6 months or so to let others have a go. I'm also doubtful that the prize would be honoured if my name cropped up again so soon, so don't want to waste my time.

I did win the Cook Italian hamper once though and they made a point of saying in our email correspondence to feel free to enter again straight away which is cool! (I've not won again mind! :) )

I actually had a win from Cook Italia a year or so ago and in the WEM it encouraged me to continue to enter, pointing out it was all random so I still had just as much chance of winning as anyone else did. I think I've had another one that was along similar lines too.
