The domain has been registered since November 2005, and the WHOIS listing lists them as a company and gives their company number. So far so good.
The website also gives contact details (phone, mail, email) so also a plus point. And Companies House data shows them as having been in existence since 1995 and nothing there looks scary.
So from a business compliance standpoint everything looks generally OK. If this was your concern then nothing I can see would put me off using them.
Whether their product range and pricing is competitive I won't comment as I haven't looked.0
