ESA question

I had my ESA without F2F, I guess sometime in future I would need a re-assessment. Is there any report I could ask for from the DM?

ESA85 is the medical report form. You could request a copy of that. I'm not sure how much value it would have at re-assessment time, because that will look at your condition at the time of re-assessment which won't necessarily be the same as when the original was made.

As you didn't attend a F2F the report from will be ESA85A
You could also phone and ask for the re-assessment date.
The contact centre will be able to see on their screen when that is due for your current claim.

Sounds to me like you are saying the decision has not been made yet. So you can't be told when your next assessment will begin until the Decision has been made.

You have a guaranteed pass for WRAG or SG

The DM will call you, usually, sometimes they don't.

You can ask for "The Medical Report"
You can also ask for the ESA85S which is a summary statement written by the assessor. Both of these are available by phoning enquiries, and both are printed from MSRS. The person you speak to should know how to get the Med Report, but if they have never printed the ESA85S before they may not see how to find it straight away.

I have been on ESA SG just over two years and sometime in future I will have a reassessment, so I was asking what report I could ask for. But TELLIT01 explained why it might not help.
