Stuck bathroom window

Hi All,
We have a stuck upvc bathroom window.
The handle seems loose and quite wobbly,
When opening the window with the handle, you can hear the lock moving but only one half of the window seems to open with the other side seemingly stuck.
I'm wondering if it is just a handle replacement which would be quick or if it sounds like something more?
Any good places to look for advice etc?
It is a standard upvc multilock window.
