first family holiday with toddler

Hi have decided to book our first family holiday with our very active toddler.

Looking for following can anyone help

1) Depart Manchester / Liverpool
2) between 10th - 14th June
3) 7 Nights
4) 2 Adults & 18month year old daughter
5) Short flight but going to magaluf in Oct so not there
6) Must have pool, lively resort but not to lively
7) Kids Club / Play ground would be good
8) Total Budget 450

Is Spain completely out because of the Magaluf trip?
If not consider a do it yourself holiday - Easy Jet from Liverpool to Palma or Barcelona, plenty of sites with hotel rooms.Only thing is that you will probably have to pay extra direct to hotel for any kids clubs.
We've also been to Amsterdam with the kids, plenty to do, nice parks for them to run around and zoo, boat trips etc. ( Again Easy Jet L'pool - Schipol airport)
