    Thats a huge amount are you sure that they are actual savings not just an over optimistic estimate .

    Now you must ensure you do take your meter readings at least monthly, read your bills and check that the DD's being taken are not resulting in big credits or debits.
    Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill
