I deal mostly with cases with bad credit and see this a lot.
As mentioned above, I want a credit report as it will give me a good idea of what is possible and what isn't. If you provide a broker with a credit report that you know doesn't truly reflect your circumstances all you will be doing is wasting their time and yours.
