Getting cash back - read ALL the small print

in Credit cards
I have just tried to get the 'Cashback' I have earned on my credit card but found out they will only pay that in blocks of £15. As I have moved to another card with a better rate, (recommended byMSE) it looks like I will lose £11 (I had £41 cashback)
I appreciate this will be documented somewhere in the small print but I missed it. I wonder how many other cards have means of hanging on to the money we have earned?
Maybe Martin would like to look into this, not only which card offers the highest rate. After all there is no point in earning more money if you can't get hold of all of it.
Does anyone else have any similar experiences?

Does your new card offer you £15 cashback for the same spend as getting £4 cashback with Morgan Stanley?
Unfortunately it really is essential to read the "small print".
This proviso is pretty well documented on their online account centre and I received a number of flyers advising me of this change, which occured this time last year.0
