I filled out the complaint form last Week for a platinum package account which was sold to me in 2004 under the illusion that I had to have it to have a mortgage with them. Got a phone call four hours later for a quick chat and the same person rang me back today to say I will be having a full refund plus interest in my account tomorrow totalling £3200:j:j:j:j

Not bad for 15 mins work!
