i dont think its out of order at all this is v frustrating. the offer is there but not working and it doesnt look very good for the company. poster wasnt threatening rather just stating a fact, i tried many times to order both a sample and one other box, only to be told after putting in my details that the order cannot be processed. i wouldnt order from them now as they seem very inefficient and they have gained my details and email address for free. bad company practice i say.

its not out of order to punish a companies reputation just because you didn't get a free box of chocolates?

and their system is only meant to deal with small ammounts of people, this offer has been posted on at least 10 other sites that I have seen! they are major sites like hotukdeals too! think how many people go on there!

you were offered them for free, then run out or cant cope because your texted all your mates and got their mates to come down!
