Unilateral / Charging Order how does it work?

I did a lot of work renovating a house and I got something called a unilateral order attached to the property to makes sure I got paid when the house is sold. The deal is I get a percentage of the profits.
The house is under offer and the sale looks like it's going ahead.
Anyone know what I should do next? When do I get notified? How do I find out the final sale price?

Until contracts are exchanged nothing, but thereafter ask the seller who the solicitor is?0

The seller and I fell out, hence the unilateral order. The Estate Agent have told me the house is sold (I only found out by seeing it advertised). Nobody is going to inform me as far as I can see. Is there some automatic process that happens when they exchange contracts or that prevents them from exchanging contracts unless the charge has been satisfied?0

The estate agent could mean sold or 'sold'.
No the charge is satisfied when the house completes. The solicitor should know this, as they will check for outstanding charges.
Are you sure there is a charge on the property, £3 land registry check could be worth while here.
