Problems with landlord- Lodger agreement

For goodness sake - have you ever been to court? Either civil or criminal?
Honestly, some new faces on here are just giving such terrible advice and then go mad when called out for it.
This invoice, real or fake, doesn't make a difference. The LL doesn't need to prove they bought a new bed!!!
For crying out loud, we all know if we get paid out for a car accident. We don't have to buy a new car with the money but can spend it at the dogs.
Not mad, you are just another poster. You have no more merit because you spend lots of time on here. While others have hobbies or sports they do instead..
No one said they had to, start to read more carefully. You are so desperate to be right you answer questions none has asked.
A court most definitely would be interested if she had evidence the claimant was providing fake or false documents in defence in court. I never said they HAD to prove anything. The OP said they had provide an invoice. I asked about it!! I asked if it was from a registered company. IE Dreams? Wake up.
Ohh and I have issued 3 claims and won 3. How about you?
And get use to other people being on here with other different advise this is not your website.0 -
Magistrates hear criminal cases, this would be in the county court
You would know that's if you'd won three cases0 -

HM Courts & Tribunals Service ................I would know. Since all 3 paid in full before action plus costs. How about you??
Changed it to court. There you go. Everything seems to be a big deal with you...........remind me of a drama queen.0 -

Funny way to say - 'sorry you're right. I've never been to court so don't know.'0 -

I have never been in the dock for a criminal charge you are right.........why have you, what law did you break??
Since that's not where this will be held its meaningless but never mind. All this for posting Magistrate instead of Judge!??0 -
I'm talking about civil court- where there is no dock.
You have no experience of civil court0 -

I do..........I have family, friends, workmates, neighbours...........
You know this is not about you or me, don't you. Lets return to helping the OP and not you trying to prove you are always right and a big deal on the forum.0 -
I know I'm not a Mod - far from it! but please..... both of you. Stop.
You're not helping the OP so take the debate offline. The PM facility is there, so......0 -

The judge won't be in the slightest bit interested whether there is something incorrect in an invoice.
The judge is just interested in whether money is owed - anything else is a distraction.0 -
