Hi,
I'm off to Cuba in April, and the hotel I can to book is £500 cheaper via sunwing.ca
When converted from canadian dollars, its under £1700 for 12 nights, compared to £2300 here!
Has anyone ever used these, or booked a hotel via a foreign agent before? Is it a safe thing to do?
Regards,
Matt

Do Canadian prices have tax added to the figure you have seen? Have you tried booking directly with the hotel? I would want to pay with a credit card for any arrangement like this so that there is sec75 protection if it all goes wrong.0

Sunwing is one of Canada's largest tour operators, it even has its own airline, so should be a safe bet. Canada is still Cuba's largest market for visitors so it makes sense that their operators may be able to get better rates at hotels but do check the sales tax position, not that it will be £500!0
