Credit Score Fluctuations

Hi all,
I signed up to the MSE Credit Club, Noddle and ClearScore a while ago (I like to get different points of reference) and have noticed my score fluctuates from month to month. I don't miss payments on any bills. I have two credit cards which I never go over 10% utility on and I always pay them off in full each month (sometimes more than once if I buy something expensive).
I had some money problems a while ago (2014) which left some defaults on my accounts which I know will affect my overall score until they are cleared from my account. But since then I have never missed any payments and managed to build up a fair score. But it does feel like 2 steps forward, 1 step back and I can't put my finger on why it would fluctuate. It's a little deflating and none of the sites tell me why I took a little hit that month.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Simon.

Don't worry yourself over it. No one else will be able to see it anyway. No point stressing over something you cannot control.0

Well dont go to the agencies for a loan then.
Dont worry about the variation in the score, as you have seen they all rate you differently.0 -
Hi Simon and welcome to MSE,
It is difficult to say why your score would change so often, but as other posters have said, please don't worry. Future lenders see your credit history and not your credit score. So, if you are making regular payments to debts, there are no new defaults and everything is up to date, that will all be positive.
Make sure that you are on the electoral role and not financially associated with anyone you do not want to be and you will be putting yourself in the best position possible. Good luck,
Laura
