Interesting. So there is less of an argument to spread our platform risks by investing via different brokers even beyond FSCS limits (£50,000 per person per firm for investment)??
I have yet to hear of any realistic scenarios where the FSCS limits would have any affect on a diy investor working on a mainstream platform investing in mainstream funds. Maybe you can think of one.
There could be an argument for using more than one platform to guard against major systems failures preventing access to your money for an extended time period. But that is a different issue.0
