Hi one of the Facebook groups i am in is a closed one and when you visit it you're recorded.
Is there a way i can visit it without the group knowing?

No because this is a feature of the way the groups work.
Sometimes the posts will appear in your regular newsfeed and if you see it that way it doesn't appear on the "seen by" list on the group.0
