Post Office Currency 15% off Insurance

Hello Everyone
I bought some currency from the Post Office today to take advantage of the 15% discount off Post Office Travel Insurance, but the discount code they have given me in branch doesn't work - and the online help contact number is closed now :-/
I actually called the helpline number today (prior to going to the post Office) and the advisor said the offer was ending today which is why I rushed out. However the small print says end of September 2017.
I just wondered if anyone else has been given conflicting advice or been given a code that doesn't work. :A:j:A I wondered if she wrote it down wrong on my receipt.

It's not the best value. You'll likely save more buying elsewhere. Of course you've already lost out by purchasing expensive currency. Don't compound the mistake.0

OP. Have you done any comparison quotes to find out if the PO insurance is value.
Their FX definitely isnt0
