It doesn't void the OP's cover, or the users policy but could DOC extension be voided or withdrawn as the critieria set has not been met?? don't know of a case that's been ruled on in this scenario if it has and it doesn't get void then there you go I'm wrong I'm prepared to say I am, if there isn't I'm not going to be the first to test it and I would stick to the terms and conditions of my cover that's all I can say.Warwick_Hunt wrote: »But as you well know, the lack of an mot is not a valid reason to void cover.0
