Parking charge company - I dont know what to do! Please help!

Hi,
In March of 2017 i recieved an unfair parking ticket on private land from a company not registered with either the IPC or BPA (proof attached, time stamp and date at top).
For reference I had previously recieved a ticket from this company and as I was at fault I foolishly paid the fine and provided my address at the time, this will be relevant later.
Reasoning behind this being unfair was to obtain parking I had to get a bollard key from the building, and within the time I went in, got the key and came out they had ticketed me.
I immediately tried to challenge this via the landlord who advised I had to speak to the parking charge company, i went at this time and took a picture of my car rightfully parked (with a time and date stamp). Contacting the Parking charge company immediatly after they told me I couldnt appeal and had to do this online, but couldnt do so till 24 hours after the ticket being issued. 48 hours after the parking charge I was still unable to challenge the ticket via their portal and was off on holiday.
Upon my return (after the 14 days!) i appealed the ticket although as they were not IPC or BPA registered would not give my home address and entered my work company address at which i got the ticket (proof of submitted challege attached).
I did not recieve a response to this and a few months later I received a letter to my now OLD ADDRESS demanding payment and that they had got my details via the DVLA (lies!). I contacted the Parking Charge Company, after three (3) attempts they answered the phone and informed me as I hadnt put my full home address they didnt even look at my challenge and to do so i must challenge once more with my address, THIS I WOULDNT DO and that was the end of that.
This month (sept 17) i have recieved the two letters attached from "TRACE Debt Recovery UK" demanding payment followed by "Gladstones Solicitors" demading payment in 14 days or court action with a threat of a CCJ!.
Not too sure what my next move should be? Please help!
For reference I only got hold of these letters yesterday to open and according to their dates letter I have to respond by the 19th Sept.
Appreciate your help!

Host it in Dropbox or imageshack, and then post the URL broken, like everyone else does.
Which PPC is this who you reckon isn't in the BPA or IPC?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is a debt collecting letter from gladstones
Read up in the newbies faq thread near the top of the forum on the game you are involved in
You have reached the "debt collectors stage". You ignore debt collectors
If his progresses to court action come back for advice on preparing your defence0 -
PCM are a IPC member and as such can legally contact the DVLA for your info , they are active with court at present

The parking company were not listed.
Appreciate as ive just re-checked this they are currently on there but were not on their in March.0 -
they have been a member of the IPC for several years , since 2014
in any case, they would have rejected any appeal and they have 6 years to issue an MCOL court case
what you are getting are DCA letters
there are several companies under P so whatever you got was a glitch or something, not a falsehood, which is not relevant to the ongoing situation0
