Are you a meat eater? Chicken (obviously cooked) is a super food and helps to speed up your metabolism (burning fat faster!) Or you can go for loads of different fruit.
Do you have a mircowave at work? Jacket potato and beans?Current debt - £16,300

Which aint fantastic, but it's better than the 20 stone I 'thought' I was at...maybe i misread the scales last week. Maybe it was that large kebab I was holding.
Today it starts...the website with the diary and graph should be up and running in a few days....

Must be a massive kebab

What about picking up some wholemeal rolls and having the chicken in them? The way my diet works I either fill up on loads of meat or loads of potato and pasta.
So you could always get a big pasta salad to munch on.Current debt - £16,300

I found that the key is make sure I am never hungry, because then I don't want to eat all the wrong foods.
Oh and Kebabs aren't to bad if you have the chickens ones and don't eat all the pitta bread.Current debt - £16,300
