ok this time i am deffinately with you i went to a dietetics class today and i will not falter you did fantastic last time and your gonna do it again i know it ...but this time you have me for company

    Great stuff!

I find that if I can discpline myself for about a week, then I'm off and running and it goes well - I feel like I would be 'undoing good work' if I gave in.

It's the first day or two that are the killer - I just give in and think 'ah, it's only been a day. I'll have this pizza / curry / beer / kebab / all of the above and start again tomorrow

So far today it's been two slices of toast and a banana. Lots of green tea and only one cup of the work vending machine rubbish.

I'm off for a walk to the shops now for a 99p salad, and some more bananas, probably.

That pasta pot was like giving a cherry to an elephant. I'm probably going to get through my own weight in apples this afternoon.

I've just eaten my way through, small tuna sandwich, yogurt and more fruit that you can shake a stick at. And I have a satsuma for when I get hungry later!

    They look lovely!

Although I am stuffed at the moment and even refused that buffet food that has just been passed round the office. I love lunch meetings where they don't eat everything!

Well that's odd. I weighed in this morning and the scales said 19 stone 1 pound.

Which aint fantastic, but it's better than the 20 stone I 'thought' I was at...maybe i misread the scales last week. Maybe it was that large kebab I was holding.

Today it starts...the website with the diary and graph should be up and running in a few days....
