ok this time i am deffinately with you i went to a dietetics class today and i will not falter you did fantastic last time and your gonna do it again i know it ...but this time you have me for company
Great stuff!
I find that if I can discpline myself for about a week, then I'm off and running and it goes well - I feel like I would be 'undoing good work' if I gave in.
It's the first day or two that are the killer - I just give in and think 'ah, it's only been a day. I'll have this pizza / curry / beer / kebab / all of the above and start again tomorrow
So far today it's been two slices of toast and a banana. Lots of green tea and only one cup of the work vending machine rubbish.
I'm off for a walk to the shops now for a 99p salad, and some more bananas, probably.0 -

They look lovely!
Although I am stuffed at the moment and even refused that buffet food that has just been passed round the office. I love lunch meetings where they don't eat everything!Current debt - £16,300

Well that's odd. I weighed in this morning and the scales said 19 stone 1 pound.
Which aint fantastic, but it's better than the 20 stone I 'thought' I was at...maybe i misread the scales last week. Maybe it was that large kebab I was holding.
Today it starts...the website with the diary and graph should be up and running in a few days....
